The Supervision Management series introduces participants to the concepts of management and the qualifications required to become an exemplary supervisor. All course instructors are certified, experienced managers that utilize case studies and encourage class participation. It consists of three separate courses (or ‘series’ of classes) which meet for two hours per week for six weeks and focuses on the following:
