Communications Test Design Inc. has leased a block of space in a Pleasant Prairie industrial building and will create at least 150 jobs.

The Pennsylvania company, also called CDTI, handles logistics and engineering for communications companies. It has 90 locations worldwide. Its 166,620-square-foot lease makes CDTI the first tenant for the Badger Logistics Center being developed by Majestic Realty Co., which announced the lease Monday.
