Contract packaging and logistics company Visual Pak Cos. will take over a large new warehouse in Bristol this summer.
The company signed a 472,176-square-foot lease for a speculative warehouse in HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Bristol Highlands Commerce Center. HSA Commercial, Chicago, and Boston-based Washington Capital Management announced the lease on Monday.
Visual Pak is based in Waukegan, Illinois, and handles packaging, retail displays and other work for more well-known consumer products.
Monday’s release did not specify how many employees Visual Pak plans for the Bristol building, and applications for its operations have not yet been filed with the village.
Illinois developer HSA Commercial broke ground on that Bristol business park in June 2020 and has completed two buildings there. With Visual Pak leasing the largest, the developer is moving ahead with plans to start construction in spring on a 447,000-square-foot speculative building in Bristol.
A 157,300-square-foot warehouse that broke ground last year at Bristol Highlands remains on the market for lease.
“With new distribution facilities for Amazon, Uline, Haribo and more, the scope and pace of economic development occurring in southeast Wisconsin is truly remarkable, and we are grateful to play our part in transforming the area through the development and leasing of this business park,” said Tim Thompson, executive vice president for HSA Commercial Real Estate.
