Downtown Kenosha, Inc. begins search for new Main Street Director

Downtown Kenosha, Inc. (DKI) has launched a search for a new Director of its Main Street Program.

The Main Street Director is tasked to serve and cooperate with community stakeholders, developers and businesses to invest in projects and activities that sustain and increase the value of

Downtown Kenosha. The position serves as the main point of contact to Downtown Kenosha, Inc.’s Main Street program for the City of Kenosha. A full position description can be found at bit.ly/ Kenosha_MainSt_0721.

Interviews will be scheduled for the weeks of August 9th and August 16th with the goal of having an announcement by September 1st.

The search for a new director is being led by DKI Board President Riki Tagliapietra.  Other members of the selection committee include representatives from the City of Kenosha, Visit Kenosha, the Business Improvement District, and the Kenosha Area Business Alliance.

Downtown Kenosha Inc. (DKI) manages the day-to-day economic development efforts, business support and promotional activities for the district. Downtown Kenosha is one of over forty designated Wisconsin Main Street Communities and was formed through a partnership with our Business Improvement District (BID), the City of Kenosha, Kenosha Area Business Alliance, the County of Kenosha, Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce.
