Zilber Property Group has announced that Silgan Containers has signed a lease to occupy 525,000 square feet at Zilber’s recently completed speculative industrial facility in Kenosha.

Silgan will occupy the entire building, known as Zilber Industrial 1, at Kenosha Corporate Park, located at Highway 142 and 128th Avenue, for its manufacturing and distribution operations.

ZPG broke ground on the project in the fall, and Silgan is scheduled to begin operations at the facility this month.

“We are thrilled to have entered into a long term relationship with Silgan. They are the industry leader in metal food packaging. Their commitment to quality and excellence mirror our business model,” said John Kersey, Zilber executive vice president.
