Forklift Operator Training

Under OSHA law, all forklift operators hired after December 1, 1999 must have received training before they are assigned to operate a powered industrial lift truck. Operators should be re-evaluated every three years and documentation must be kept on file. This training program content, provided by Elite Equipment Service LLC, is designed to instruct operators in the safe and proper use of their equipment. The program also includes topics required by OSHA regulations and applicable industry standards. Participants will receive classroom training, hands-on operation of equipment, operator’s booklet, and certificates of completion with wallet certification cards. Certification is active for three years. Convenient onsite training available for companies looking to train four or more employees.

This course is held at Liftpro, 3120 64th Street, Kenosha.

Registration Information

Register Early! Programs are filled on a first-come, first served basis. The sooner you register for a program, the greater the likelihood that there will be space available and we can accommodate you. When you register late you run the risk of the program being full, or you may find that the class has been cancelled due to low registration. Early registration helps both of us!

Training Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, in writing, are accepted until 5 p.m. five business days prior to the program. Cancellations made with less than five days notice and “no-shows” will be invoiced for the total registration fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
