Richard Hanson

Richard Hanson

Richard (Dick) Hanson has been an instructor in the Workforce and Economic Development Division (WEDD) of Gateway Technical College for the past fifteen years, teaching supervisory management, quality, mathematics, and manufacturing –related classes at local organizations and Gateway campuses. Prior to joining Gateway, Dick had twenty years experience managing a variety of business operations in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses.


David Hildreth

David Hildreth

David has over twenty-five years of experience in leadership positions at both private and publicly held companies. He has held President, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General and Regional Management positions across various industries including manufacturing, construction and distribution. David has walked in your shoes and understands the challenges companies and leaders experience. David specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, supervision, sales, service, and process management/cycle time reduction. His firm focuses on business growth solutions, which increase customer loyalty and help the company gain a more profitable marketplace advantage.


Mike Previte

Mike Previte

Mike Previte is currently a full time professor in Supervisory Management at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC). He has been involved in corporate training since 1985. His experience as a sales and Human Resource Manager at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and AVAYA have given him expertise in the sales, customer service, communications and team-building areas. He is a partner in the training/consulting company- The Hilltop Group and is a very hands-on, high-energy trainer.


Larry Wilkins

Larry Wilkins

Larry has over 34 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in supervisor, production management, and training roles. Although he recently retired after 22 years from Gateway Technical College as a full time faculty member of the Workforce & Economic Development Division (WEDD), he continues to do work for that division as an adjunct instructor, as well as serving as an adjunct for Concordia University as he has done for the past 19 years. He instructs various courses including Human Resource Management, Business Writing Skills, and Organizational Management Principles. He holds a facilitator certification from the Jeff Beardsley Group of California and is a certified facilitator and master trainer for Achieve-Global.
