The Supervision Management series introduces participants to the concepts of management and the qualifications required to become an exemplary supervisor. All course instructors are certified, experienced managers that utilize case studies and encourage class participation.  It consists of three separate classes (or ‘series’ of classes) which meet for two hours per week for six weeks and focuses on the following:

 Series 1 – Leading & Communicating

    Personal excellence, aligning, conversing, collaborating

    What leaders need to know about behavior in order to lead
  • Beyond “Don’t do that!”
    Supervision communication that works

    Introducing new employees with the least negative impact on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Fear No Review!
    How to deliver formal and informal performance feedback
